It consists of:
- Entrance with cupboards including a mini freezer,
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, towel radiator, washing machine,
- Separate WC,
- Bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, large cupboards + storage drawers under the bed, French window opening onto a terrace. Very comfortable bedding with 240 X 220 duvets and 50 X 70 pillows.
- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, ovens, dishwasher, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine,
- Large living room with bay window opening onto a terrace facing Mont Blanc and equipped in summer with garden furniture. This room also includes a sofa bed with comfortable bed of 140 X 190. Also at your disposal: board games, television, smart speaker and free Wi-Fi.
The heating is partly underfloor (frost free screed) and electric radiators. The stove is not usable.
The residence has a private, heated swimming pool that you can enjoy all summer long.
There is private parking at the residence.
Both the residence and the apartment are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed in the rental.

This accommodation is ideally located in the heart of unspoilt nature and close to the main points of interest in the region:
- 1/4 hour from Megève,
- 3/4 hour from Chamonix
- In summer you are close to the many hiking trails (some can be done on foot from the accommodation),
- In winter you are 10 minutes from the ski resort of Cordon, less than 1/4 hour from the ski resort of Combloux and less than 1/2 hour from the resort of Praz-sur-Arly which gives access to the Espace Diamant with 192 kms of downhill ski slopes.
For amenities, you are:
- 5 minutes by car from the village of Cordon where you will find many small shops,
- 10 minutes from Sallanches.
FORMALITIES:
The reception and handover of the keys will take place on site, on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00.
Check-out must be between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Respect for arrival and departure times is imperative.
Upon arrival, you must hand over:
- 1 deposit cheque of 400 € for the accommodation, which will be returned to you on departure if no damage has been caused during your stay.
- 1 cheque for 80 € for cleaning, which will be returned to you on departure if you leave the accommodation clean.
