Located in the heights of Cordon, a pleasant little mountain village, "balcony of Mont Blanc", the accommodation belongs to an average residence made up of 2 chalets. The residence is in the immediate vicinity of the ski area, the ticket offices and the ESF assembly point. During the tourist season, a shuttle allows you to reach the village for free in less than 10 minutes.
The apartment, on the second floor of the building, is composed of:
- an entrance with cupboard -a living room with lounge area (convertible BZ sofa, mini-table, stools, television)
- a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, classic oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette + fondue appliances, crockery)
- a bedroom (2 single beds or a double bed)
- a bathroom with bathtub/shower screen
- a separate toilet.
Note the presence of two bunk shepherd beds (folding against the wall) in the living room. There are therefore 6 beds in total in the accommodation, however it is suitable for 4 people (+1 child possibly)
There is also a west-facing balcony, with views of the Grand Croisse Baulet and the head of Planet. Finally, it has a ski locker, as well as an assigned parking space in a covered collective car park. There are also some parking spaces outside
You will enter a perfectly clean accommodation, I expect the same state of cleanliness upon exit if you decline the cleaning package. Be careful, I am demanding.
