Welcome to the chalet " CHEZ DEDE " in homage to our grandfather. Located at 200 m from the edge of the ski slopes of Cordon or at 600 m on foot from the free shuttle bus stop to go to the resort, we offer you this typical family chalet.

With a surface of 125 m2 with its breathtaking view facing the Mt Blanc and its terrace of 50 m2 on a land of 900 m2 we can accommodate 8 to 10 persons.

On the first floor :

1 room of 11m2 with bed in 160 + closet + TV + bathroom and toilets

1 room of 13 m2 with bed in 160 + closet + bathroom and toilets

1 room of 16 m2 with 3 beds 80x190 and a sofa bed 2 places

1 room of 8m2 for young children with twin bunk beds 90x190 + closet

Ground floor with 1 independent WC in the entrance hall:

1 very luminous living room of 51m2 living room/kitchen fully equipped with bay windows facing the Mont Blanc with direct access to the terrace and its picnic table.

Cordon, nicknamed the "Balcony of Mont Blanc", is an authentic village situated at an altitude of 900 metres, with a preserved quality of life. In front of it, the Mont-Blanc chain unfolds all its splendour and earns it its nickname of "Balcony of Mont Blanc". From the centre of the village, from the ski slopes or from the summits, admire the view!
